what a shame this hotel is clearly falling apart! hot water was nonexistent, which is just absurd for a hotel! And the pillows? could they be dirtier, with hair on the bed too? Quite frankly, i was almost inclined to leave a decent review, but who offers zero hot water? total disgrace. im still waiting for an upgrade!

during my recent stay, the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. the staff were very helpful and accommodating, which exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit in wakefield. the breakfast offered a lovely variety, making for a delightful start to the day.

The room was nice and bright, and it had loads of charging spots which was super handy. The heating was a breeze to manage. But we had to wait ages for dinner cause the staff seemed a bit lost, and the portion sizes were kinda small. The bar/lounge area could use some more drink options too.

Despite a few annoying moments, the breakfast was truly superb. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the coffee was strong, just what I needed to start the day.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but I guess you get what you pay for.
